Listed below are a few items you can add to your smoothies to boost your daily intake of vitamins and minerals after all it's what you need to stay energized and feel great!

Turmeric 1/2 tsp increase to one full tsp if desired

Spirulina 1/2 tsp increase to one heaping tsp

Must haves
1. Blender
Doesnt have to be anything fancy to start with but you will want to invest in a high quality blender like Vitamix and Blendtec.

2.  Something Sweet - One piece or one cup
Fruit (Banana, mango, pear, apple etc)

Stevia


3. Green- One handful of any green
Vegetable (spinach, kale, collards, mixed greens, bok choy etc)
or
Green powder ( Chlorella, spirulina etc)


4. Liquid-  One cup
Water,  coconut water, or milk (almond, hemp, rice)

5. Ice- ½  cup of ice


Easiest  smoothie- 1 person
1 handful spinach
1 banana
½ cup ice
1 cup of water

*2 people two handful of spinach and 1 ½ banana

*For a meal replacement add protein powder and replace water for milk
