Be In Control of Your Life with PMA

In order to be healthy body, mind and spirit we need to eat nutritious food, exercise daily and have a positive mental attitude (PMA). Your mental attitude is the way you view and interpret events in your life which can shape your future and outcomes accordingly. Having PMA and using affirmations can attract wonderful positive circumstances and events into your life and the same is true when you have
negative mental attitude (NMA) you can attract negative circumstances into your life.

An example of a having a negative mental attitude (NMA) can be “I am fat” or “I hate my body”. These negative thoughts can simply be changed by replacing the negative thought with a positive thought so “I am fat” can be reversed to “I am fit” or “I love my body”.Another example of NMA is “I never get what I want” which can be changed to “I am thankful for the everyday opportunities that present themselves to me”

We all have difficult days and have gone through hard times, but we must look beyond this and understand that some events are out of our control, but the attitude we have towards these circumstance is in our control and we have a choice to respond either positively (PMA) or negatively (NMA). By having a negative response we attract more negativity in our lives and we may be holding ourselves back from what we really want out of life.

Use Positive Mental Attitude to your advantage today by paying attention to your thought patterns. Begin changing your mental attitude by addressing the type of mental attitude you have. Is it negative (NMA) or positive (PMA)? When you catch yourself having negative thought to any situation you can simply reverse the thought by replacing the NMA with PMA. This is a great exercise to begin changing the way you view and interpret life’s events. Having a PMA may take some effort and retraining of your thoughts but once this becomes a habit you will dramatically change the way you think and increase positivity and abundance in your life.

Goal Setting and Achieving
You need to begin by first establishing what your values are. Once you establish your values then you can move on to the next step of determining your life priorities. What are the 3 things in life that mean the most to you? (Family, health or money). Write them down in order of importance.

Once you have a clear understanding of your values and priorities are you can then  write down what your top 10 goals are.  Yes 10! No more no less

Your goals have to be important to you! If not you will not be motivated to achieve them. Set goals and be specific. Use the SMART method: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time Bound

Take 3 to 5 minutes to write your top goals in present tense. Do this daily.

Re-writing your goals without looking at what you wrote previous day is a way to keep your goals fresh, true and honest in your subconscious mind. Review your goals every week and then write down about 10 things that you need to do to get steps closer to your 10 goals. These 10 things can be for example taking a writing course if your goal is associated with writing or researching a topic on the internet to learn more about a subject, and sometimes even purchasing a product.

A couple of your goals may change week after week which is fine because the more you change in the process as well.

This daily goal writing will activate your ~~~mental powers~~~. It will stimulate your mind and make you more alert and aware of your surrounds. Be open to new opportunities and possibilities these can help you achieve your goals.

Priority setting
the essence of all time management, personal management, and life management is contained in your ability to set proper priorities and use of your time. This is essential for high performance. Prioritize your goals in order of importance.

Exercise  and Proper Nutrition
Your health is more important than anything else. By disciplining yourself to exercise regularly and to eat carefully, you will promote the highest possible levels of health and awareness in your life.

Learning and Growth
your mind is like a muscle. If you don’t use it, you lose it. Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field. Crack open that book!

Time for Important People in your Life
This is everything. Be sure that in climbing the ladder of success, you do not find it leaning against the wrong building. Make time for your relationships every day, no matter how busy you get.

Food provides the building block for everything. You need a healthy balance of  Protein, Carbohydrates and fats. All these have a "job" to do in the body with a deficiency in any of these the body cannot run smoothly.

Proteins: Our body uses protein to build the following:
Muscle, Cartilage, ligaments, hair, nails.
It transports nutrients, necessary for DNA production.
A lack of protein will result in weakness, poor digestion, and food cravings for carbs.

Carbohydrates:  our body uses this as fuel or energy. There are two types simple and complex -complex contain lots of nutrients that our body needs

Fats: our body uses this to creat all cell membranes, our brain and nevous system and many hormones. Not all fats are healthy, healthy fats are needed for metabolism regulation as well as to maintain healthy immune system

To maintain a healthy lifestyle you need as much nutrient dense foods from these three categories. Learning the difference of good vs bad as well as variety of these foods is key.

With my nutritional coaching I can help you learn new foods to add to your diet as well as recommend any supplements that may be necessary for you to maintain great health long term.
