This is the prefect natural remedy to help soothe achy muscles from a cold or flu or just to enjoy a warming cup of tea during the cold winter months.

Ingredients
- Ginger
- Water
- Honey & or Lemon

Directions
Shave the skin from a fresh piece of ginger
Cut off about 2 inches, then slice it up
Boil 2 cups of water and add the ginger
Let simmer for about 20 minutes
Pour into mug and serve

* Add a tsp of honey to sweeten and lemon juice to add extra vitamin C

We all have been taught that cancer is not our fault and that it just "happens" to us. When we say this we then our affirming that we have no control over our bodies and health.
