I would love if people posted in the comments below what are reasons that they do not eat breakfast :) and lets discuss!!
Okay now why is breakfast so important???
Here is why...
1. Eating breakfast in the morning can keep you from eating as much later in your day which = weight loss!!
2. Eating breakfast provides your body with fuel, without fuel you cannot go about your day with lots energy, be alert and also be happy.
3. Eating breakfast will help cravings for muffins, doughnuts and high sugar and high fat foods go away. If you are full you will be able to turn away those free donuts at your morning meetings which again will = weight loss!!
The perfect breakfast will include foods that contain protein and fiber.
Hate eating large meals in the morning or dont have the time? try a protein rich smoothie! There are many protein shakes out there with added vitamins & minerals that can supply you with your daily requirements.
